Ciaooo!
This week was awesome. There were so many times
Sorella Briscoe and I felt full of joy and gratitude. Danilo and Monica
are progressing so well and every lesson with them gets better and
better as they learn and act on our invites. In one of the lessons this
week Monica was sick and so Danilo just came. He said that it was
actually a tender mercy for him to be able to come on his own and show
God his personal commitment, even without Monica. We were able to focus
on some of his concerns/questions and it was super powerful. That being
said, it is so beautiful to watch them grow together. They've started
saying prayers as a couple each night and as a family as well with their
daughters. It's so cool to hear the effects they are seeing in their
home and in their lives as they learn these beautiful simple truths of
the gospel. I love them.
We
recieved a member refferal from a woman who hasn't come to church for a
long time and we had been trying to contact for a while. It was a
little surprising but led to a beautiful lesson about the Restoration of
the church of Jesus Christ with our new friend Francesco! The gift of
tongues was so real during the lesson and with the help of the Spirit
Sorella Brsicoe and I were able to teach clearly and powerfully.
We
got transfer news! Sorella Briscoe is going to my good ol' island of
Sicilia (!) and I will be training a new missionary, aka becoming a mom!
I'm super excited for the opportunity to share the love I have for this
place, people, and work with a new missionary and learn through the new
challenges ahead. (Ready or not here we go haha
)

I've been thinking about the power and importance of the Holy Ghost. You guys.
Do
all you can to invite the Spirit into your life. There is no sacrifice
too great. His help is crucial in missionary work and in life!!
