Wednesday, October 16 Hello!!  Okay I've got 2 stories for you to show why I just love this place and these people and this work so stinking much.  Number 1! A couple weeks ago Sorella Riley found a lady named Stacey on Facebook! She is from Pennsylvania but married a man from Oristano and has lived here with her son for 7 years. She grew up going to young women activities and church with her friend who is a member and asked if we could bring her a new copy of the Book of Mormon because she lost hers. Say less!! We drove the 15 minutes into the countryside and looked for her gate on a street with no name haha, literally in the middle of nowhere. She welcomed us into her home/farm with open arms and made us feel so at home and appreciated! It was so cool seeing her animals that all just roam around her yard together, they're all so friendly! If I can remember correctly she has... 2 donkeys, 2 emus, 30 chickens, 6 cats, 1 dog, 3 goats, 1 sardegnian sheep (!!), 4 para...

Friday, February 23: good ol' Provo Utah

Friday, 23 February 2024 Buongiorno my wonderful friends and family! I officially arrived at the provo mtc and I will admit I missed these mountains! It's trippy being on this side of the fence after looking over it for so long haha but it's exciting. I've only been here two days but it does in fact feel like two weeks haha. Time is a crazy thing here in the mtc but it is wonderful! As soon as we crossed into the mtc I could immediately feel the Spirit and my brother even turned to me and said: "do you feel that?" Everyone is so kind and I love my Sorelle! Definitely giving girls camp vibes with all of us in the same room haha but it's a fun time! Everyone calls us "the Sistrict" instead of District or in Italiano, "Sistretto" hahaha. Being here is definitely an adjustment but there are moments that make it so so worth it all! Just have got to be patient and keep up the faith! Ci vuole il tempo: It takes time.   We got to go t...

Wednesday, February 26, 2025: ROMA HEY!  not much time to write today but I've got some news....  WE'RE HEADED TO ROME!!! I've been given the opportunity to serve in the Rome, Italy temple visitor's center! It's been my dream to serve in the visitors center my whole mission and after 4 VC sorelle as companions (s/o to all of you ily you all so much), I guess President finally decided it was my turn. I'm so grateful and excited to serve in such a special place and learn more about Jesus Christ, His life, His disciples, and the temple.  I'm going to miss Pescara soooooo much but luckily I'll see most of them at the temple so the goodbyes have been a little easier. I am so grateful for all I learned in Pescara and the love I feel for the very special people here.  Alsoooo  My brother Spencer opened his mission call to Honduras this week!! So excited to serve alongside him in this amazing work of the Lord.  I wanted to share this scripture in...
